Cancelation Policy.
At The Golden Brow, I am committed to providing exceptional services and a positive experience for every client. My cancellation and no-show policies are in place to protect both my time and my ability to make a living. Your appointment spot is dedicated specifically for you, and if you cancel on the same day, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will apply, as these appointments are difficult to fill on short notice. No-call, no-show appointments are not tolerated and will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee. For permanent makeup services, I require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling, as these appointments represent a larger gap in my schedule that is harder to fill. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and in cases of emergencies, I am happy to work with you to find a solution. Please reach out as soon as possible, and we can discuss options together. Studio Policies.
The studio is appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted. All appointments must be scheduled online or directly through the studio. Appointment reminders will be sent via email or text 24 and 48 hours prior to your service.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or shortened, and the full service fee will apply.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and payment apps (e.g., Venmo, Zelle). Full payment is due at the time of service. Gratuity is not required but always appreciated.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before the service. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. For brow tattoo or microblading services, clients must follow pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by the studio to ensure optimal results.
For safety and comfort, only the client receiving the service is allowed in the treatment area. Children and additional guests are not permitted in the studio.
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not offered. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
Please arrive with clean brows and no makeup in the treatment area. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits inappropriate behavior or violates studio policies.
Photos of your brows may be taken before, during, and after the service for marketing and educational purposes. Please let us know if you prefer not to have your photos used.
