FAQs

What if I can’t get my brows waxed?

Threading is a great alternative to waxing, especially for those with sensitive skin or allergies to wax. Threading is also a good option for individuals using retinol or exfoliating skincare products, as it’s less likely to cause irritation or skin lifting. While it may feel slightly more intense than waxing, the results last just as long, typically 3-4 weeks.

How do I know if I need a patch test?

If you have very sensitive skin or a history of allergic reactions, a patch test for tinting or lamination can be scheduled 24-48 hours before your appointment.

What if I have very little to no hair?

We can only work with your natural shape and existing hair. We cannot create new hair. Tinting may not be very effective if there isn’t enough hair to darken, and lamination can only enhance what’s already there. For fuller, more defined brows, treatments like microblading or powder brows may be a better option.

Will brow tinting work on very light brows?

Yes, tinting can help define lighter or sparse brows by darkening the hair, but it won’t create new hair. A brow pencil or microblading may be better for filling in gaps.

What happens if I accidentally get my laminated brows wet too soon?

If brows get wet within the first 24 hours, they may lose shape or become uneven. Gently pat them dry and brush them into place.

How often should I get these services done?

  • Waxing: every 3-4 weeks, depending on hair growth.

  • Tinting/Henna: every 3-4 weeks to maintain color.

  • Lamination: every 8 weeks to keep the hairs healthy and prevent over-processing.
